About Us

Shanghai International Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“SIAM") is a licensed corporation registered with the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. It is incorporated in 1993 and indirectly held by Shanghai International Group Company Limited, a licensed financial institution in Shanghai. 

SIAM is appointed as the Investment Manager of a listed investment fund (Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited) in Hong Kong whose primary investment focus is investing in companies with operations across greater China region.

Being the investment manager of the fund, the duties and responsibilities are determining investment strategy, management of invested portfolio, identifying, screening, analyzing and conducting due diligence on investment portfolios for the fund.
