NI Jianwei :

Mr. Ni He has over 16 years’ experience in corporate management, securities investments, investment banking and capital markets operation.

Mr. Ni has been appointed a director of Shanghai International Asset Management (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“SIAM”) since 26 February 2015, and was subsequently appointed as the managing director of in December 2016. He is one of the responsible officers of SIAM registered with the SFC to carry out type 4 (advising on securities) and type 9 (asset management) regulated activities. He is responsible for overseeing fund management and fund raising activities of SIAM.

Mr. Ni is also appointed a director and a member of Investment Committee of Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited, an investment company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 770) (“Listed Fund”). SIAM is the initiator of the Listed Fund and is appointed as its investment manager since then. Being a member of the Investment Committee, Mr. Ni participates in the management of unlisted investment portfolio, supervises the investment team to source deal flows and screen potential investment project and to make recommendations to the Investment Committee.

Mr. Ni is also an executive director and vice president of SIIC Investment Company Limited, the holding company of SIAM. In this capacity Mr. Ni is involved in the investment and management of in-house resources in proprietary trading of mainly SIIC group securities held for long term purposes. Mr. Ni’s previous roles and responsibilities within SIIC group companies include the development of investment strategy on offshore investments and establishment of offshore investment subsidiaries, managing domestic and foreign assets. His experience also covered the development of REITS products based on SIIC group’s property investments in the PRC as well as liaising with international financial institutions in the establishment of investment companies such as insurance, financial leasing via joint-venture equity investments.

Mr. Ni joined SIIC group in 2000 as a senior manager in the investment banking department of Shanghai Industrial Asset Management Limited. He worked as general manager in the business division and corporate management division of Shanghai Industrial Pharmaceutical Investment Company Limited from 2005 to 2009. He was the general manager of Shanghai Nanyang Industrial Development Company Limited from 2009 to 2011.

Mr. Ni graduated from Harbin University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and obtained his Master’s degree in Business Administration (International) from the University of Hong Kong.


WANG Ching:

Dr. WANG has more than 20 years managerial experience in investment banking, securities, treasury and fund management sectors in the United States, Taiwan, Hong Kong and the PRC, with a wealth of experience in the securities and venture capital industries.

Dr. WANG was appointed the managing director of SIAM (up to December 2016) on 1 July 2007. He is currently one of the licensed responsible officers registered with the SFC to carry out type 4 (advising on securities) and type 9 (asset management) regulated activities. He is responsible for reviewing the investment portfolio of listed securities and screening and examining potential IPO stock recommendations. He is also appointed as the executive director of Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited. He also serves as independent non-executive director for a number of companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, in which he advises their top management on business strategies, financial development and internal control.

Prior to that, Dr. WANG had served as the CEO of the Investment & Proprietary Trading Group for Jih Sun Financial Holding in Taiwan, Chairman of FENB Securities in the U.S., Managing Director of SinoPac Securities (Asia) Hong Kong, Managing Director of JS Cresvale International Securities, Director of Investment Banking of Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong and Associate Director of Bear Stearns & Co., Inc. in New York.

Dr. WANG received his Ph.D. in Finance from Columbia University in New York.


WU Bin:

Mr. WU has over 10 years of managerial experience in banking, securities and trust investment sectors in the PRC.

Mr. WU has been the Deputy Managing Director of SIAM since May 2007. He is currently one of the licensed responsible officers registered with the SFC to carry out type 4 (advising on securities) and type 9 (asset management) regulated activities. He is responsible for reviewing the investment portfolio of listed securities on a day-to-day basis, recommending investment decisions and performing risk assessment and management on the investment portfolio. He is also appointed an executive director of Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited.

Prior to joining SIAM, Mr. Wu was the Assistant General Manager of Center for International Business Management at Shanghai International Group Corporation Limited. He has been the Assistant General Manager of Investment Banking Department in Shanghai International Trust Corporation since 2004. From 1996 to 2004, he had been a senior officer at The Sanwa Bank Limited and a deputy manager at Bohai Securities Co., Ltd.

He holds an MBA degree in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is a CFA Charter holder as well as a qualified PRC lawyer.


Sandy CHIU:

Ms. CHIU is the Chief Financial Officer of SIAM. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She joined SIAM following the listing of Shanghai International Shanghai Growth Investment Limited in 1993. Currently, Ms. CHIU is one of SIAM’s licensed responsible officers registered with the SFC to carry out regulated activities advising in securities and asset management.

Ms. CHIU is responsible for supervising and reviewing internal control and accounting functions of both SIAM and the Listed Fund. She is also responsible for ensuring compliance of internal control procedures and investment mandate as determined by the respective boards and full compliance with regulatory requirements governed by various regulatory bodies.

Prior to joining SIAM, Ms. CHIU was a Senior Auditor of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree conferred by University of London and Professional Diploma in Accountancy awarded by The University of Hong Kong Polytechnic.
